As a member of the Scarlet team you’ll be expected to make tea, run errands, pack envelopes, proof pages, brainstorm, research pictures and write articles. A passion for women’s lifestyle writing is a must.

We will provide you with the opportunity to get a byline in the magazine for your portfolio and to pitch feature ideas to the Editor. We’ll happily answer queries and offer advice about the magazine industry. You’ll also be given a reference at the end of your internship to present to lecturers and potential employers.

Scarlet internships are unpaid, however travel costs within zones 1 to 6 of London are covered.
