Get ready to Spice Up Your Life, every boy and every girl - yes, you know the words! - the girls are back and they've just announced their new tour dates.

Sporty, Ginger, Scary, Posh and Baby will be heading for 14 destinations at the end of the year, kicking off in Canada on December 2nd.

In an announcement on their official website, the girls told their fans: "In true Girl Power tradition we are taking over the world...again.

"We have just found out that we've had over three million ticket requests on the website. As our own VB (maybe explain is Victoria Beckham?!) would say, that is major!"

And for those feeling bereft because the girls are not coming your way, fans can vote for their city to get spiced up and the group will get their skates on.

In honour of the announcement the ladies have posed in the buff as a gang, showing the yummy mummies (and Sporty!) have still got that girl power.
