Vertically challenged Austin Powers star Verne Troyer - yup, Mini-Me - has spoken out about a sex tape being touted by his ex-lover.

Chatting to E! News, the diminutive thespian said he only dated Ranae Shrider (the lovely lady flogging the small-screen classic) for six months before dumping her - and that's why she's turned nasty.

He's now trying to stop the tape from being seen and feels "betrayed and hurt" over the whole debacle.

"I feel like I have no privacy," remarked Verne.

"Just because people are seeing something that was meant to be between me and her.

"That's the biggest reason that I'm, you know, trying to stop the tape from being released."

Verne and his lawyer have apparently succeeded in upholding an injunction to prevent the tape being sold, but he maintains he won't be content until the whole matter has been shelved completely.

Ms Shrider still lives in her ex-lover's house even though their relationship is over, an awkward situation which he says makes it hard "to, you know, not strangle her".
