And apart from being a lass who likes her grub, she also reckons there's no need to expose all just to get attention. In fact, she thinks revealing clothing has nothing to do with sex-appeal at all.

"Judge Craig Revel Horwood said I was sexy without flaunting it," she told the Mirror.

"I love that. You don't have to get all your bits out. You can be sexy by how you carry yourself."

She added that all that training kept her hungry and that she'd never sacrifice her nosh for anything.

"It gives me an appetite. My tummy isn't flat - I'd rather eat than starve to look good in a crop top.

"I'm not there to compare myself to anyone." Go Alesha we say!
