Sassy sex talk and marital aid analysis are some of the hot topics on the agenda at a growing number of female gatherings across the pond, it would appear.

Carolina news provider WCNC popped into one party and found out that learning as well as lively bedroom gossip is part of the appeal.

"Most women don't know a lot about their own bodies," explained one curious customer.

"[It's a] ladies' night out, a night to have fun and just have a really good time with your girlfriends - and learn and educate yourself about sex as well," she continued.

A fellow fun-time aficionado chipped in by voicing her appreciation for waterproof sex toys - particularly if they have multiple speed settings (a woman after our own heart!).

"It's kind of like attending a Tupperware party, but just not quite," another party-goer sagely stated.

Further proof that all things saucy are becoming increasingly acceptable in the mainstream was recently provided by sex writer and blogger Susie Bright, who singled out a growing trend for bondage-style clothes and surging sex jokes in telly sitcoms as key characteristics of the phenomenon.
