Simple Life starlet Nicole Richie is reportedly upping the bedroom ante to inject some pre-baby sparkle back into her relationship.

A friend of the waif spilled the juicy details of her love life with Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden, which has apparently suffered as a result of sleepless nights since the birth of daughter Harlow Winter in January.

"Before Joel went on tour with his band Good Charlotte they were exhausted from sleep deprivation, which killed any sexual desire," the mole explained to the National Enquirer.

Now, Paris Hilton's on/off busom buddy has ordered in a plethora of pretty outfits to sex up post-baby frolics with her beau.

"Nicole has picked up a lot of very feminine, soft-pink items. She has stocked her lingerie drawer with hot little lacy things," claimed the source.

"Keeping things sexy is one of her biggest goals - now their bedroom looks like only adults live in it."

Earlier this year, the 26-year-old adopted daughter of crooner Lionel unveiled plans to bring out her own maternity line, with inspiration coming from the designs which made her feel "perky" (that's what we're talking about!) during her own nine-month stint.
