Maria Sharapova thinks she's getting better looking - in video games.

The tennis champ has said she's been impressed by the progression of her character in top Spin 3, and is becoming more "real" than she had previously looked.

"My character in the game is pretty real from what I've seen," she told the Sun.

"Considering what I looked like about four years ago in video games, at least I've got a little better looking."

The 20-year-old went on to add that she had developed a crush on Lord of the Rings actor Orlando Bloom after meeting the British actor at a celebrity magazine bash.

"I really liked him a lot in a few of his movies and I actually got to meet him at a Vanity Fair party," she revealed.

"He is really attractive, really sweet and so very English."
