Despite rumours that their marriage is on the rocks, a source has revealed that things between Madonna and hubby Guy Ritchie are as spicy as ever.

An insider has said that the couple have been forced to spend time apart due to work commitments, but that the queen of pop has been planning some saucy activities lined up for the pair.

A source told the Mirror: "Madonna and Guy have both had hectic schedules of late so there's no denying that they've spent a lot of time apart.

"While Madonna's been in LA promoting her new album, Hard Candy, Guy's been stuck in London on post-production for his next movie, Rock N Rolla. But they're now back together and relishing proper family time."

They went on: "Madonna has gone all-out to organise a special evening this week, culminating in a romantic dinner and a games night."

But it's not going to be all good clean fun by the sounds of it!

"And once the children are tucked up in bed, Madonna has planned a sexy surprise for Guy in the shape of a new satin basque," added the source.
