According to tongue-waggers in the tabloid rumour mill, the big-screen beauty kitted herself out dominatrix-style outfit for the shoot, to feature on the cover of Italian Vogue.

Seductive black stockings, a lacy basque and a see-through black shirt left open to reveal her marvellous mammaries reportedly round off the look, with the Hitch star pouting for all she is worth and sporting a sultry black beehive.

Hollywood hot stuff Eva famously bared all in Denzel Washington flick Training Day, while things got even fleshier in 2007 movie We Own the Night.
