A man who revealed that his girlfriends insatiable sexual appetite was leaving him feeling 'insecure' has been advised to experiment with sex aids.

The Mirror's Dr Miriam Stoppard has warned the reader that his insecurities could drive his other half away and that he should think of other ways "to please her".

"Sometimes I worry my girlfriend is too hot to handle and I can't keep her satisfied. I love her but I feel so insecure," he writes.

"There will always be someone better looking than you, funnier than you, even better in bed than you but you're the man she's chosen," replied Dr Miriam.

"Even when you don't feel up for it, there are other ways to please her. Try manual sex, oral sex or sex toys to keep her happy.

"Relationships are about negotiation and compromise. Talk over a plan that works for both of you. Will a quickie hit the spot until you have more time?"
