Scandal seems to follow Hugh Grant these days. Not only did he cause a stir recently in a restaurant when his passions got the better of him (he snogged a mysterious brunette in front of 'disgusted' diners), but now the lady in question has been revealed as a former porn star. Oh dear!

Hugh's dinner date has been named as Shu Qi, the 31-year-old star of adult film Sex and Zen II and Playboy covergirl, reports BANG.

However, the pal and film director John Duigan, who was also seen at the restaurant and appeared to be stroking the actress' thigh as the couple kissed, has dismissed the backlash.

"This whole thing has been blown out of proportion. It was just people having fun in a bar."

Fashion buyer Hannah of Weymouth, Dorset who was at the Japanese restaurant Roka in the West End, disagreed.

She told the Daily Mail "I've never seen anything like it. It wasn't normal. Hugh put his fingers in her mouth. She was sucking his fingers."
