For centuries communities have celebrated this ghoulish festivity, dressed-up to the max, told scary stories and gathered around bonfires.

Oh yes, and tried to get as many chocs and sweets as they can for their trouble!

But now, the haunted holiday is taking on a whole new, sexier element.

According to HalloweenAdventure.com, what you wear on Halloween is all important, and the skimpier the better!

"Today, when it comes to costumes… wearing less means more", says James Gleason, PR manager for the site.

"Halloween has become a fashion statement for young adults and sexy costumes have really increased in popularity."

We learnt yesterday that an enterprising farm shop in Sussex had designed its own titillating Halloween garments, namely a pumpkin bra. Looks like it's going to be horny Halloween for some!
