Girls looking to spice up their sex lives should consider giving their man a naughty 'down there' massage, says one sexpert.

Using a technique known as the lemon squeezer can introduce creativity into the bedroom, Anne Hooper tells the Sun.

She advises giving him a full body massage beforehand to build up to the moment.

The lemon squeezer technique involves an up and down movement followed by rubbing around the top of the penis in circles "as if squeezing a lemon".

"Just make sure you use some oil or it can hurt him," Ms Hooper states.

Durex's Sexual Wellbeing Global Survey 2007/8 found that nearly a quarter of men have reported difficulties getting an erection and nearly a third have had problems sustaining one.
