Ladies looking to liven up their relationship should stock up on sexy lingerie and massage oils, according to one dating guru.

Sexpert David Wygant offered his tips to US magazine Modern Mom, singling out a sensual massage as a key way to get temperatures rising.

"Buy some really sexy lingerie and surprise him one night by wearing it," he advised.

"Now, give him a full-body rubdown with some sensual massage oils while you're wearing the lingerie so that he can fantasise about how he will get to rip it off of you," he continued.

The sage-like relationship adviser went on to suggest that partners build up to a brilliant bonk by sending each other tantalising texts throughout the day.

"Really spend some time preparing for the evening - you could put him in a bubble bath, pamper him with his favourite sweet treats, or surprise him with a foot massage," he concluded.

Dating experts in Singapore also recently rated the use of sex toys and role-play - as well as sensual massage – for injecting more "bang" into the bedroom and soothing tired muscles in the process.
