A growing number of dating duos considering taking their relationship to the next level are looking towards celeb-style 'pre nups', apparently.

Granting that the money-themed matter is not the most romantic topic for pre-wedding discussion, financial expert Kevin Morgan said the culture of contracts is nonetheless blossoming.

"Pre nups are not legally binding, however I understand the courts are taking the content of such agreements into account when determining the basis of their judgements," he remarked.

"Sadly pre nups are increasingly an important consideration when entering a marriage or civil partnership contract. It sounds clinical, but c'est la vie!" added Kevin, who's the head honcho at independent firm Consilium Financial Planning.

Although they've yet to get hitched, philanthropic power-couple Brangelina have reportedly drawn up a draft pre nup to make sure the lilo-lipped one gets the children in the event of a split.

Brad didn't bother with one when he got married to Jennifer Aniston, although the loved-up pair (remember?!) made a point of changing their vows to include promises about banana milkshake-making and the temperature of their thermostat.
