Bondage fans! You have a new recruit - up-and-coming Ukrainian actress Olga Kurylenko.

The 27-year-old former model is no stranger to raunchy roles - she starred opposite Lord of the Rings actor Elijah Wood as a vampire lover in French anthology Paris Je T'aime - and yet again be thrilling cinema audiences soon as Sofia, the femme fatale central character in French espionage film The Serpent.

The movie features a scene involving an erotically charged bondage photoshoot sequence, and required Japanese bondage expert to coach the actress in the right moves and technique.

She told the Sun: "I found it beautiful - I sat down with the photographer and we talked about the art of bondage; I saw the pictures and I thought they were quite beautiful.

"It's a professional art form - I thought it looked really nice; like a bathing suit made of rope. I'm comfortable with my body and the naked scenes - as an actress I'm glad to be doing this job; it's amazing - really great."
